ABOUT US
Caterpillar Academy Daycare offers excellent care and teaching to preschool age children. We strive to provide an atmosphere of loving acceptance and an environment that makes learning exciting through a program that encourages hands-on participation. CAD delivers a program that allows children to develop at their highest level in every area. A- Becka curriculum is offered that encourages each child to develop socially, physically, emotionally, and academically.

Philosophy
At Caterpillar Academy it is our privilege to provide age-appropriate educational programs that will encourage each child to grow physically, cognitively, and socially in a loving and caring environment. We exist to enable children to grow in all areas of development in a secure, nurturing, and enrichment environment. Our motivation is to achieve excellence in academic curriculum while providing activities that fosters creativity, social, and language development. Through our warm atmosphere, it is our desire that each child will gain confidence, self-respect, and promote creative.
Our Staff
Come and meet our outstanding staff. Our staff is dedicated to each child's happiness, safety and educational needs. From our infant teachers who nurture our infants to our after-school teacher who assist children with their homework, we are all here to make your child's day the best it can be.
Each child's health and safety is one of our top priorities. Our health and safety features include: keypad entry, fenced playground, all staff CPR & First Aid certified, daily classroom cleaning checklist, proper hand washing procedures taught, cleaning supplies locked safely out of child's reach, criminal background checks to ensure trustworthy staff, to only pre-approved people with photo identification may pick-up your child, and monthly fire and disaster drills conducted.
The teachers in our center truly enjoy what they do and they participate in training throughout the year to stay current in the field of early childhood education.
Security
Your child’s security is our primary concern. Parents must sign children in and out of the center, on our daily attendance form at the front desk every day. Parents must then escort children to aclassroom where a teacher can receive them. We can only release a child to an adult who is 18 years of age or older who is listed on the authorization form signed by the parent which needs to present ID (if not child will not be dissmissed). Please keep authorization forms updated. We may ask for identification before releasing a child to an adult unknown to our staff who is listed on your authorization release form.
Now you don't have to miss a thing of your child's achievements, we have provided streaming video access via-mobile which you can see your child as they enjoy their daily activities and watch them achieve all their growing milestones.
Open Door Policy
We strive to create a warm and welcoming environment and maintain an open-door policy for anyone who would like to talk and also come and watch there children. We plan a lot of events for everyone to participate in and also parents volunteer program. We try to work hard to ensure that our families meet each other and develop strong relationships, as well.
